It’s currently found at a “secret” URL at https://threadreaderapp.com/account/micropub. Their Patreon account indicates it may be a paid feature though: https://www.patreon.com/posts/publish-your-to-37591240. I know they’re still working out bugs, but it should work pretty well on WordPress.
