I voted!
There was a drop box outside, but as usual, I went inside to hand deliver my ballot.
The gymnasium here makes for a great voting center. Large and airy. There was absolutely no line, just go right in!
Thanks again to all the people who where there volunteering. It was great to see so many young and middle-aged people as poll workers in comparison to my past experience.
The benefit of moving lessons later in the day along with the time change means it’s not as hot or sunny on the pool deck!
Dia de Los Muertos / Halloween party with friends.
Hard to see it, but the Hermon sign is hiding in the median.
Picking up dinner to go.
Picking up some eggs, canned pumpkin, bread, and soda.
Picking up some “stranded” Farmers Market shoppers
Lazy evening and someone was craving red meat…
Worked on Duolingo for a bit while I was waiting.
Heading out.
Not sure how I had missed this just across the street when I was parked before. It didn’t have much in the way of furniture. I like that they’ve got a space for mixing/matching textures and patterns. They did have some nice quality blankets and bits and bobs for some reasonable prices. May have to revisit later for more ideas.
Just left the De Lacey parking lot and saw Room & Board across the street, so I’m parking on the street for a few minutes to go pop in.
Pretty packed in here making it a bit stressful to shop. I visited the quiet and kawaii end of the store first.
