Stopping by for a bit of exercise and to toss around the Lacrosse balls.
Took my first extended walk with the dog since I broke my foot/toes just before the holidays. It still hurts and is a bit swollen, but at least things are good enough that I’m not in constant pain and walking with a severe limp.
Short walk with the dog before sunset.
Spent about two hours on the 1m board today. Felt good for the first hour and a half. Things started to go sideways in the last half hour.
Also spent about 25 minutes swimming.

Stroll with the family in the arroyo after a few days of rain.
