Directed by Don Scardino. With Candice Bergen, Faith Ford, Joe Regalbuto, Grant Shaud. After enduring a boring workplace workshop on sexual harassment, Murphy Brown remembers a time when she was in college and her professor tried to take advantage of her. She confides in Bartender Phyllis who unwittingly gives useful advice.
While mildly comedic and vaguely entertaining, this show is somehow addictive despite the fact that it seems like it’s stuck in the 80s/early 90s show while still covering modern day topics and politics.
I can’t image that it will continue on unless it broadens out its politics a bit.
