Bonus points if it’s based on micropub and uses webmentions for likes/replies. I’d definitely use it :)

Another option, though without Micropub (yet!), is Kevin Marks‘ NoterLive tool. It’ll let you create a thread and then (manually) copy over the rich data into your website pretty quickly. I love it especially for conferences.
