Do you mean record audio notes on mobile? I too need to trap things in text btw.
I use a system for mentally memorizing a large portion of the context I need to remember. It’s relatively easy to learn, but becomes easier/quicker with regular practice. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Method_of_loci
