I’ve had a number of dogs, but he is the most open-hearted and loving so far, even with all of his past trauma. What a special soul!

We got Lily, a German Shepherd rescue, almost a year ago this month in the same situation. Hit by car with pelvis, legs, and ankle broken (while pregnant). She’s also awfully sweet too given her past trauma. But be prepared for all the shedding! #germanshedder #furminator
We’ve always had GSDs and it’s been a year since our last one died. My house and clothes have been so clean, and I can’t say it wasn’t just a little bit nice… But happy to be back in the fur zone!
