Thank you! I managed to set this up but I still need to play around to figure out how everything works. I haven’t had time to do anything since the IWC online last weekend. Now time to try to refresh my memory!
It very well may be! Looks like things are working pretty well. By the way, webmentions also work from your comments sections too.
You might do a small tweak to the microformats on your theme so that your webmentions don’t send your reply context too (the “a post by Chris Aldrich” part), but you seem to have the hang of it.
Have you set up you Twitter account with Brid.gy so that you can get webmentions from Twitter?
In looking back at the timestamps, it appears your comment from your first post would technically have been your first webmention sent from your website, and this reply post would have been your second. 🙂
