Those looking for more details can find documentation on the IndieWeb wiki at https://indieweb.org/Getting_Started_on_WordPress, or https://boffosocko.com/2018/04/27/setting-up-wordpress-for-indieweb-use/
I’m also happy to help people set things up and make alternate suggestions via video chat or you can find online help in the IndieWeb WordPress chat.
With luck, I’ll have created this entire #PressEdConf20 presentation on my own website and syndicat…
@c Chris, I thought this was a great idea! I did see the posts on Twitter, this was a great example of cross-site conversation. I am going to experiment with this.
I sort of did that last year with just the images I used in the presentation. thewholeclassroom.com/pressed-2019/ After the event in 2018 I created a moment of them. twitter.com/i/events/11029… I suppose I could embed that on a page. Looking forward to upcoming event!
I recall Alan Levine (@cogdog) doing something similar and bundling his presentation up on his own website as well last year. I also believe that the #PressEdConf20 website bundles up the presentations on their website for archival purposes as well. (Hopefully they’re embedding them as text so that if they’re deleted or disappear in the future, most of the content will be saved.)
Syndicated copies:
Yep, he has all the tricks 🙂 show.cogdog.casa/pressed19/ And you are right, I think they create moments out of the tweets as well.
I’m intrigued by the approach Clark not sure if I have the bandwidth to sort through it. I do prefer making some kind of site to reference #pressedconf tweeted content; did mine in moment (which I bet will fade) and WP post cog.dog/show/2018/03/2…
Ah better example, a SPLOTpoint github.com/codog/splotpoi…
