I’m hovering around the number 30, though a few are being de-acquisitioned to make some space… Too many more and I’ll have to open up a typewriter shop.

If I’m not using them at least once a month, I tend to let them go. There are about 10 that are getting incredibly regular use every week, though a small handful that I’ve restored and more carefully tuned are used on an almost daily basis.

I installed the last two screws onto my 1956 Remington Standard (a pair of #8-32 3/4" zinc machine screws) to hold the rear cover onto the machine. It’s now more than ready for some daily action!
Replaced the old, crushed rubber body panel grommets on my 1956 Remington Standard typewriter with new ones.
