I see a Bridgy account: https://brid.gy/twitter/StormlightTech but nothing for @microbitch2017 or @ShortShadyBlog so they can’t get webmentions from Bridgy because it doesn’t know about them. Clicking on the timestamp in Bridgy will give you some troubleshooting ideas.
I just forced Bridgy to recrawl your website and poll again, so you should have received a few webmentions from Twitter in the past few minutes. (Doublecheck Akismet or your spam folder to make sure they’re not stuck there.)

brid.gy/shortshadyblog now exists, but all the twitter action seems to fail. Everything is set up to my knowledge, although the bridgy plugin for wordpress seems now longer to exist? slightly confused.
All the plug-in does it actually give you an interface to it. You don’t actually need it. And, it just started working over here. Ought to take those off of moderation.
does it take a few secs to get things talking? I can see the feed in the bridgy sight but nothing is pushing to wp.
Make sure you don’t have anything disabling the API. If you do that’s going to break things.
