Well tied up after l after laying things out so beautifully. Bigger on character than actual plot though, so it moved pretty slowly until about 60% of the way through.
I think I actually liked this better than the first one, though it does help to have some more background on the characters for having read both now. Definitely very carefully and well structured little mystery.

Finished through chapter 40. Yet another body!? Should be a good ending…

Starting it either contemporaneously with Martin Luther King, Jr. Day or even Inauguration day would have been great and highly appropriate, but given what I’m seeing so far, they’ve got a lot more material so I can probably extend it far beyond 21 days to extend through the entirety of Black History month as well.
