  1. Baking and storage hint: I don’t recommend using completely dessicated coconut for these. Slightly moist is much better for taste and texture. If you’re stuck at Passover with limited selection, then store the finished treats in a sealed plastic bag overnight (if possible) or with a few sliced apple chunks (if not possible).
