I switched from Mastodon to Twitter to look something up and noticed they’re trying to entice me back with trending topics they know I’ll love.
Back to Mastodon…

@chrisaldrich It’s just so desperate over there and it shows. Elon throwing hissy fits, people dunking on Mastodon, and I think it all comes down to Twitter’s users collectively fearing that Twitter is shortly not going to be the influencial place it once was, and there goes everybody’s social status.
yah that happened to me too. At first I’m like, “how could Zotero possibly be trending”, then I noticed it’s the For You tab. But then again, now multiple people are seeing it? It’s extra suspicious because I opened up Zotero for the fist time in weeks just today.

I too am very confused about why Zotero was trending.
Almost as confused as I am about how to sign up for mastodon.
