Watched The Bookshop (2017) from Greenwich Entertainment
Directed by Isabel Coixet. With Emily Mortimer, Bill Nighy, Hunter Tremayne, Honor Kneafsey. England 1959. In a small East Anglian town, Florence Green decides, against polite but ruthless local opposition, to open a bookshop.
Interesting art house sort of film. An abrupt and predictable ending. Great acting, modest plot. Not sure I’d want to watch this again.

An interesting build up to manage to execute a third act in just three minutes.

Rating: ★★★½
