Not quite sure what may be causing it, but I’ve noticed on my site that I get a properly tagged but don’t get it properly tagged when I use lower case . Is this to be expected or something in the line of a regex issue?

The bookmarking service CiteULike is shutting down on March 30, 2019 after a 15 year run. While some may turn to yet-another-silo or walled garden I highly recommend going IndieWeb and owning all of your own bookmarks on your own website.

I’ve been doing this for several years now and it gives me a lot more control over how much meta data I can add, change, or modify as I see fit. Let me know if I can help you do something similar.

WOODMERE, OH—-A wicker basket filled with seashells and placed on top of a toilet tank has magically transformed Dale and Paula Watson's suburban bathroom into a serene tropical oasis, sources reported Thursday.
I’d have had more respect for the article if they’d mentioned how much additional tropicalness the half inch of dust added to the display six months later.

📺 “The Good Doctor” Believe | ABC

Watched "The Good Doctor" Believe from ABC
Directed by Alrick Riley. With Freddie Highmore, Nicholas Gonzalez, Antonia Thomas, Tamlyn Tomita. The new chief of surgery, Dr. Jackson Han, believes Dr. Shaun Murphy is a liability more than an asset and works to keep him out of the operating room permanently.
I keep thinking this is too up-the-middle in it’s mediocrity. I really should give it up. There were some interesting hints of House, MD here though.

Pretty damn awesome! What a fun little read. Not as hilarious as No Coins, Please! but also some somewhat older and more sophisticated characters. There’s something that I love about not only just the “little guy” pulling one over on “the man” but it’s seemingly more fun when the “little guy” is a kid. These two books and the movie Kidco ( Twentieth Century Fox, 1984) create sort of a mini genre in which I wish there was more material.

Read Write on your own website by Brad FrostBrad Frost (Brad Frost)

The single best thing I ever did for my career was start a blog on my own website.

Writing on your own website associates your thoughts and ideas with you as a person. Having a distinct website design helps strengthen that association. Writing for another publication you get a little circular avatar at the beginning of the post and a brief bio at the end of the post, and that’s about it. People will remember the publication, but probably not your name.

Amen sir!

Another great reason for Why to IndieWeb.
